Furnalto (hereinafter referred to as “we”) strictly complies with applicable UK laws and regulations as well as the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). In order to regulate the rights and obligations between us and you and to clarify matters related to online store services, we hereby formulate these Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users (hereinafter referred to as “you”) who browse, register, place orders, make payments, or engage in other activities through our online store. By accessing or using our online store or submitting an order, you shall be deemed to have fully read, thoroughly understood, and agreed to all the contents of these Terms & Conditions.
Scope of Application
These Terms & Conditions apply to all online store services we provide to you, including but not limited to product display, order processing, payment settlement, product delivery, and after-sales services. These Terms & Conditions constitute the core agreement between you and us and have the same legal effect as our Delivery Policy, Order Cancellation Policy, Return and Exchange Policy, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Payment Methods, and other related documents. In the event of any conflict, the specific provisions of the relevant special policy shall prevail; where no specific provisions are stipulated in the special policies, these Terms & Conditions shall apply.
User Account
When using certain services of our online store, you may be required to register and create a user account. You shall ensure that the personal information submitted during registration is true, accurate, complete, and valid, and you shall promptly update your account information if there are any changes. You are responsible for keeping your account password and related identification information confidential and shall not disclose them to any third party. Any losses arising from password disclosure, account theft, or misuse of identification information due to your own reasons shall be borne by you. If you discover any abnormal use of your account, you shall contact us immediately for handling.
Products, Inventory, and Price Disclosure Rights
We undertake that all product information displayed in the online store is true, accurate, and valid, including detailed descriptions such as product name, model, specifications, materials, and functions. Inventory information is updated in real time to ensure that you are aware of the current quantity of products available for purchase. Product prices already include customs duties, UK Value Added Tax (VAT at a rate of 20%), and other related charges. You are not required to pay any additional hidden fees. The final total order amount shall be subject to the amount displayed by the system at the time you place the order.
Orders and Payment
When you submit an order through the online store, you shall carefully verify the order information, including product type, quantity, price, delivery address, and contact details. Submission of an order shall be deemed as your offer to purchase the products from us. After receiving your order, we will complete the verification of order information within a reasonable time, and upon confirmation, the order shall be deemed established. The order summary will clearly state details such as product items, product prices, shipping costs, and total order amount. The currently supported payment currency is Pound Sterling (GBP). You shall complete payment in a timely manner in accordance with the order requirements. Payment-related matters shall comply with the provisions set out in our Payment Methods.
Delivery Policy
Our delivery coverage extends across the entire United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, as well as major cities, surrounding towns, and rural areas. Delivery to countries outside the UK is not currently supported. Shipping fees are charged as follows: for orders with a total value between £0.01 and £74.99, the shipping fee is £6.99; for orders with a total value of £75 or above, free shipping applies. The order cut-off time is based on Central European Time (CET), from 8:00 to 18:00. Orders submitted and paid for before 18:00 CET will be processed starting from the same day; orders submitted after 18:00 CET will be processed starting from the next working day; if a non-working day is encountered, processing will be postponed to the next working day. The preparation and handling time for shipment is 1–3 working days, and after dispatch, the transportation time is 10–15 working days. Order Cancellation Policy
Within 48 hours after placing an order, if the order has not yet been dispatched, you may apply to cancel the order. If more than 48 hours have passed since the order was placed or if the order has already been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled directly, and you will need to wait until the goods are delivered and then apply for a return and refund. Order cancellation requests must be submitted by contacting our customer service team via email or phone and providing information such as the order number and proof of payment. Our customer service team will process the request within 1–3 working days and notify you of the result. Upon approval, a refund will be arranged promptly. Return and Exchange Policy
Within 40 days after you receive the goods, you may apply for a return or exchange due to reasons such as product quality issues, incorrect model, or quantity shortages. Returns and exchanges without a reason are also supported. You must first contact customer service to submit an application and provide relevant supporting materials. After the application is approved, you shall return the goods to the designated address in accordance with the instructions provided. Upon receipt and successful inspection of the returned goods, we will promptly arrange a refund or the shipment of replacement goods. Regarding fees, return shipping costs for no-reason returns shall be borne by you, while return shipping costs due to product quality issues and shipping costs for replacement goods shall be borne by us. Refund Policy
Refunds apply only in cases where an order cancellation request or a return and refund request has been approved. Refunds will be issued back to the Visa or MasterCard account originally used for payment. Depending on the processing efficiency of different banks, refunds are expected to be credited within 10–15 working days. Disputes and Governing Law
Any disputes arising between you and us in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the online store services shall be resolved in accordance with applicable UK laws and regulations and the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions. Any revisions will be published in a prominent position on the online store and shall take effect upon publication. If you continue to use our services after the revisions take effect, you shall be deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms & Conditions.

Intellectual Property Rights

Liability Statement
We will make reasonable efforts to ensure the normal operation of the online store services and the accuracy of product information. However, we shall not be liable for breach of contract arising from service delays, interruptions, or temporary inaccuracies in product information caused by factors beyond our control, such as force majeure events (including natural disasters, traffic controls, system failures, or policy adjustments) or third-party service disruptions (such as logistics carriers or payment service providers). In such cases, we will notify you in a timely manner and actively coordinate solutions. Losses caused by product quality issues shall be handled in accordance with the relevant policies. Losses arising from your own reasons, such as submitting incorrect information, failing to collect goods in a timely manner, or disclosing account information, shall be borne by you.
Modification of the Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions in accordance with updates to applicable laws and regulations, business adjustments, or operational needs. The modified Terms & Conditions will be published in a prominent position on the online store for a period of no less than 7 calendar days and shall take effect upon the expiration of the publication period. You should regularly review updates to these Terms & Conditions. If you continue to use our services after the modified Terms & Conditions take effect, you shall be deemed to have accepted all the modified contents.
