Refund Policy

Furnalto (hereinafter referred to as “we”) strictly complies with applicable UK laws and regulations as well as the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). In order to protect your lawful rights and interests and to clearly define matters related to refunds, we have formulated this Refund Policy. This policy applies only to orders placed through our online store. Please read it carefully before applying for a refund. Submission of a refund request shall be deemed as your understanding and acceptance of all the contents of this policy.

Conditions for Refund

Order cancellation request approved: After your order cancellation request has been reviewed and approved by us, you may enjoy refund services in accordance with this policy. For specific order cancellation requirements, please refer to the Order Cancellation Policy;

Return and refund request approved: After your return and refund request has been reviewed and approved by us, and the returned goods have passed inspection, you may enjoy refund services in accordance with this policy. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued back to the payment card (Visa, MasterCard) originally used for payment. Depending on the processing efficiency of different banking institutions, refunds are expected to be credited within 10–15 working days. If you have not received the refund after this period, please contact us promptly for assistance.

Handling of Refund Exceptions

If you have received a refund confirmation notice but the refunded amount has not appeared in your payment card account after the expected period, it is recommended that you first contact your card-issuing bank for verification, as bank processing delays may result in delayed updates of transaction records;

If a refund fails due to payment system malfunctions, incorrect banking information, or other reasons, we will notify you in a timely manner via your reserved contact details and assist you in verifying and supplementing the relevant information so that the refund can be re-initiated;

If you have any objections to the refund amount, you may contact our customer service team and provide the relevant order information and proof of payment. We will verify the matter and provide a clear explanation within 1–3 working days.

Liability Statement

Provided that the refund conditions are met, we will strictly advance the refund process in a timely manner in accordance with this policy. If a refund is delayed due to our own system issues, we will proactively explain the situation and expedite processing, without requiring you to bear any additional responsibility;

If refund delays are caused by factors beyond our control, such as banking procedures or payment system failures, we will actively assist you in communication and coordination, but we do not assume direct liability for breach of contract;

We will strictly comply with GDPR requirements and properly safeguard the personal information you provide during the refund process (such as order information, payment information, and contact details). Such information will be used only for refund-related matters, data security will be ensured, and no disclosure will be made to any unrelated third parties;

If a refund fails due to incorrect payment account information provided by you, we will re-initiate the refund after you provide the correct information. Any reasonable delays arising during this process shall not be our responsibility, but we will make every effort to assist with the handling.
