Order Cancellation Policy
Furnalto (hereinafter referred to as “we”) strictly complies with applicable UK laws and regulations as well as the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). In order to protect your lawful rights and interests and to clearly define matters related to order cancellation, we have formulated this Order Cancellation Policy. This policy applies only to orders placed through our online store. Please read it carefully before applying for order cancellation. Submission of an order cancellation request shall be deemed as your understanding and acceptance of all the contents of this policy.
Conditions for Order Cancellation
Within 48 hours after successfully placing an order, if the order has not yet been dispatched, you may apply to cancel the order directly. If more than 48 hours have passed since the order was placed, or if the order is already in the shipping process, the order cannot be cancelled directly. In such cases, you may wait until the goods are delivered and then contact us to apply for a return and refund. Order Cancellation Process

Our customer service team will process your cancellation request within 1–3 working days. After processing is completed, the result will be communicated to you via your reserved contact details. If the request is approved, we will immediately arrange a refund for you.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued back to the payment card (Visa, MasterCard) originally used for payment. Due to differences in processing efficiency among banking institutions, refunds are expected to be credited within 10–15 working days. If you have not received the refund after this period, please contact us promptly for assistance. Liability Statement
If an order needs to be cancelled due to our own reasons such as system malfunctions or incorrect information display, we will prioritise your cancellation request and make every effort to ensure that the refund is processed in a timely manner, without requiring you to bear any related responsibility;
Within the prescribed cancellation period, if an order cannot be successfully cancelled and is dispatched due to delays in processing by the customer service team, we will bear all subsequent return shipping costs, and you will not be required to bear any additional expenses;
If delays occur in processing your cancellation request due to incomplete information provided by you, but the order is confirmed to meet the cancellation conditions after the required information is supplemented, we will still process the cancellation and refund normally and will not refuse service on this basis;
If the order cancellation process is hindered or delayed due to force majeure factors (such as natural disasters, system outages, or temporary policy adjustments), we will promptly communicate with you to explain the situation and actively coordinate a resolution. Neither party shall bear additional liability;
We will strictly comply with GDPR requirements and properly safeguard the personal information you provide during the order cancellation process (such as order information, contact details, and payment information), ensuring data security. Such information will be used only for order cancellation and refund purposes and will not be used for any other unrelated purposes.
