Payment Methods

Furnalto (hereinafter referred to as “we”) strictly complies with applicable UK laws and regulations as well as the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). In order to safeguard your payment security and lawful rights and interests and to clearly define matters related to payment, we have formulated this Payment Methods statement. This statement applies only to orders placed through our online store. Please read it carefully before making a payment. Completion of payment shall be deemed as your understanding and acceptance of all the contents of this statement.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments only by Visa and MasterCard. The currently supported payment currency is Pound Sterling (GBP).

Payment Security Protection

We do not store any of your payment information, including payment card number, expiration date, or security code. All payment-related information is processed directly by professional third-party payment service providers;

SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology is used to ensure the security and integrity of payment data during transmission, effectively preventing data theft or tampering;

We strictly comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) and implement end-to-end security controls throughout the payment process to reduce payment risks;

A comprehensive payment security monitoring mechanism is in place to monitor abnormal payment activities in real time. If any risky transactions are detected, verification, interception, and other measures will be taken promptly, and you will be notified via your reserved contact details.

Order Cost Details

The total order amount you pay consists of the product price and shipping costs:

  • Product price: the listed price of the product you purchase, which already includes customs duties, UK Value Added Tax (VAT at a rate of 20%), and other related charges;
  • Shipping costs: charged according to the corresponding standards based on the total order amount. For specific shipping fee standards, please refer to our Delivery Policy.

Apart from the clearly stated product price and shipping costs above, you are not required to pay any additional fees.

Payment Exception Management

If a payment failure notice appears during the payment process, it is recommended that you first check whether your payment card has sufficient balance, whether the card status is normal (for example, not expired or frozen), and whether the entered payment information is accurate. If necessary, you may try another payment card or attempt payment again later;

If you have completed payment but the order status still shows “Unpaid”, please do not make a duplicate payment. Contact our customer service team promptly and provide information such as the order number, payment time, and payment amount. We will verify and handle the matter within 1–3 working days;

If duplicate payment occurs, you may contact our customer service team via customer service email: admin@furnixio.com or customer service phone: +1 (206) 595-5513 to apply for a refund. After verification, we will process a refund back to the original payment method in accordance with the Refund Policy.

Liability Statement

If payment failure or order information abnormalities are caused by malfunctions in our payment system, we will promptly fix the system issues and assist you in completing the payment again or handling the relevant order, without requiring you to bear any responsibility;

If payment abnormalities are caused by factors beyond our control, such as issues with the payment card itself (insufficient balance, expiration, freezing), bank system failures, or network interruptions, we will actively provide you with necessary assistance but do not assume direct liability for breach of contract;

We will strictly comply with GDPR requirements and properly safeguard the non-sensitive personal information you provide during the payment process (such as order information and contact details), ensuring data security and using it only for order processing and payment-related matters;

If payment risks or losses are caused by your own actions, such as disclosure of payment information or incorrect entry of payment details, such risks and losses shall be borne by you. We will provide necessary assistance within our reasonable capacity.
